the hotel had the audacity to only offer half a toilet roll after cleaning. also, breakfast was absolutely mediocre with no options for western eggs. as a regular guest, I expected better service, maybe even a complimentary upgrade for my inconveniences. the staff seemed oblivious to my discomfort, and I just couldn't let this slide without a review.

The limited bathroom amenities for two people don’t make sense. it's a small fix that could enhance the experience. the pool isn't very large, and the sauna could use a boost in temperature for a more fulfilling experience.

I had a pleasant experience during my recent visit. The location offered easy access to nightlife and the beach. The rooftop pool was a highlight! be cautious around the pool area when barefoot. I look forward to returning on my next trip!

It was just a fitting option for strolling around in Pattaya with great value for the money. The rooftop pool was surprisingly refreshing after a day out. Bring your own toiletries since the hotel provided only the basics.

The staff at Acqua are exceptionally accommodating, always ready to assist and ensure a comfortable stay. Access for wheelchair users is made easier by the helpful staff readily available to assist with the steep ramps. This was my second visit, and once again, I found the service to be outstanding and the overall atmosphere welcoming. I would certainly choose this hotel again for my next trip to Pattaya.
